Invoicing
The invoice follows immediately after the binding registration and must be paid before the start of the seminar. If you register at short notice, please show proof of payment on the first day of the seminar.
Seminar fees
All prices are, if the event is held in Germany or Austria, exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to make price changes and adjustments to EURO prices as a result of exchange rate fluctuations. The seminar fees are always without catering, unless otherwise mentioned in the seminar description.
Repeaters may be able to participate in the seminar at a reduced rate. Please contact us in advance.
Unsubscribe/Cancellation
In case of short-term cancellation (less than 10 days) or unexcused absence, the entire seminar cash is due for payment, regardless of the reason for the cancellation and regardless of whether the place could be re-allocated or not.
Cancellation on our part for important organizational reasons
Please note that seminar dates may have to be changed. Should we exceptionally be forced to cancel or postpone a seminar, the entire amount already paid will be refunded or you will receive a credit note for another seminar. Any changes will be communicated in writing or by telephone.
Catering
In the bistro of FOSTAC AG, Bichwil, warm and cold drinks or food brought along by the customer can be consumed. If required, lunch can be reserved in a nearby restaurant. Food and drinks are not included in the seminar fees, but have to be paid directly in the restaurant.
Accommodation
