The company was founded on 29th September 1989 by Hans Seelhofer under the name «Verlag Gsund und Fit AG». From the original trade with books, grain mills and gemstones the development and production of tachyon products started in 1995. One of the first products, which is still an important part of the product range today, was the chip for mobile phones.
The development of this business segment became more and more established both nationally and internationally. This led to the further development of the business line with seminars and individual health consultations.
In 2001 it was time to protect the «FOSTAC®» product brand internationally. «FOSTAC®» is, by the way, a made-up name, it originated from the composition of «FOS» (ancient Greek «φως/fos» = «light») and «TACHYON» (ancient Greek «ταχύς/tachýs» = «fast»).
All tachyon products were then sold under this name.
With the «BioPhoenix®» product line, a further product segment was added in 2002 whose brand was also protected internationally a few years later.
In 2004, the brand name was adopted as the company name FOSTAC AG».
The product range has been continuously developed and expanded and now covers a wide range of applications.
In the year of the 25th anniversary (2015) the introduction of a further product line «ELYMARA» took place, whose product range is still expanding.
